The Right Decision in Network Marketing
Most network marketers make the decision to join their first (or even second or third) company because of a miracle product or a really popular celebrity who is endorsing the company. And most network marketers fail. So, how do we go about making the right decision?

What I had to learn about network marketing was that their where three major decisions I had to make to even begin to have success: 1) Find the right company, 2) Be All In, and 3) Nail Your “Why”.
Decision #1: Find the Right Company
We learn in Mentoring for Free what to look for in a company, and most of us who have been here for a year or better have made a decision to join a 5 Pillar company.
Knowing the 5 Pillars and applying that knowledge can sure make it a whole lot easier to make the right decision about joining a company. So, here are the 5 Pillars, as concise as I can get them:
1. Company Leadership with experience as successful distributors with integrity.
2. Timing in the company (at least 2 years old) and timing in the industry (red hot market for your products).
3. Remarkable products you would buy even without a comp. plan.
4. A Compensation plan that pays the Part Time Person.
5. A Mentor or Coach with a Proven, Buplicatable System.
When I really learned how to apply the 5 Pillars to evaluate companies, my decision to join my company was a “no brainer”. Many people have asked me over the past two year, “How many 5 Pillar companies are their in the industry?” I always tell them, I have no idea, because I stopped looking when I made the decision to join mine. That is just a part of what being All In means to me.
Decision #2: Be All In
The other part of what it means to be All In is to actually Decide to Be All In. During my first year in Mentoring for Free, and for 15 years prior, I hopped from deal to deal, scheme to scheme always looking for any easy way to make money and bail myself out of financial holes I had dug. It wasn’t until I REALLY decided to be All In that I stopped creating those money pits, started to care for and believe in myself, and started Building It Once to Pay My Children’s Children. It was pretty tuff to look at myself in the mirror when I knew that what I was doing was hurting people, most especially my children (my “Why”).
Decision #3: Nail Your “Why”
I want to end with a message that I hope hits your heart like it has mine. When you nail your “Why” like I have nailed mine, and you do anything other than what you KNOW is be the Truth, you will not be able to live with yourself. But, in order to even begin to dream of having true success in your life and business, there is no alternative accept to Nail Down your “Why”. Nailing Your “Why” is the first decision where the rubber meets the road.
